Preparation times

All orders placed on https://padelpulse.co.uk are prepared and dispatched on average within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), subject to product availability. During busy periods (sales, promotions, launches, etc.), a slight additional delay may occasionally occur.

Delivery times: Once your order has been dispatched, the average delivery time is 4 to 6 working days, depending on the carrier and the destination.

These delivery times are given as a guide and may vary in the event of circumstances beyond our control (strikes, carrier delays, customs, bad weather, etc.).

Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s delivery in real time.

Delivery charges

Charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is damaged, opened or missing, please:

  1. Report it to the carrier immediately at the time of delivery.
  2. Contact our customer service team within a maximum of 48 hours at: contact@padelpulse.co.uk, attaching photos to speed up processing.
