How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. To avoid high storage and labour costs, we work directly with our suppliers and therefore have no middlemen, which allows us to offer you genuinely great prices compared with what you would pay in a physical shop.
Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £50.
Where are we based?
Our company is based in the United Kingdom. We ship directly from our suppliers in France, Spain, Italy and Asia.
Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times?
Your item is delivered by Royal Mail, ensuring a fast and reliable service. Delivery times generally vary between 3 and 5 working days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
What happens if no one is at home?
Don’t worry — your items will be left in your letterbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your local Post Office, where you can collect it.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse no changes can be made.
Some items are missing from my order, where are they?
We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different products, you will receive 5 different parcels and they may arrive at different times. If you order the same product three times, all of them are sent in a single parcel.
Is your website secure?
This website is 100% secure. The site runs on an HTTPS server, and unlike many sites that only secure the basket and payment steps, every page here is secure. We use Stripe for payment, a benchmark in online transaction security.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card and PayPal on our website. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash-on-delivery payments.
