Our average delivery time is 3 to 6 working days. To avoid high storage and labour costs, we work directly with our suppliers and therefore have no middlemen, which allows us to offer you genuinely great prices compared with what you would pay in a physical shop

Our company is based in the United Kingdom. We ship directly from our suppliers in France, Spain, Italy and Asia.
Your item is delivered by Royal Mail, ensuring a fast and reliable service. Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 3 working days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
Don’t worry, your items will be left in your letterbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your parcel will be left at your local Post Office, where you can collect it.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no changes can be made.
We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different products, you will receive 5 different parcels and they will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product three times, all of the products will be sent to you in a single parcel.

At present, you can pay by credit card and PayPal on our website. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash-on-delivery payments.
